This is a couples' ride so find a partner and a costume. This one's all about style.

Women's and Trans Bike Clinics

Attention all lady cyclists!

This month we're kicking off the first of a six month series of Women's and Trans only bicycle maintenance classes. The classes will be on select Sundays from 2- 5 PM facilitated by female bike mechanics just for the ladies! The classes will start out by going over simple projects first and will increase in skill level as the classes go on. At the end of the series we will be starting our bi-weekly women's and trans' night at the shop.

Hi, everybody!  I'm writing to let everyone know that after five years of hanging out at Sopo, spending the last two employed by you to handle administrative things, I'm taking off -- it's time for new adventures.  Thank you, everyone, first for coming together all those years ago to take a bar napkin idea and turn it into a fully functioning dream come true.  We made a bike shop, sure, but we also made a well-respected always busy community resource that folks in other neighborhoods are beginning to replicate.  Now that's saying something about how much a group of caring committed people can do.

New Shop Hours Starting Next Week - No More Sundays

We're eliminating our Sunday shop hours starting after Sunday, August 23.  In other words, the shop will be closed on Sundays starting August 30.  We decided to give ourselves a well-deserved break after many years of Sunday wrenching.
