Sopo Bicycle Cooperative is a non-profit, community-based, DIY bicycle repair shop in Atlanta, GA that makes transportation affordable, accessible, and sustainable.
Safe space to fix your bike.
Suggested donation: $5/hour/part.
Location: 1118-A Memorial Drive, Atlanta
Hours: Tue, Wed & Thu: 7pm-10pm | Sat: 2pm-6pm
We work with individuals, non-profits, government and coorporations to install parking racks, donate bikes, host clinics, and support refugee, employment & community charities.
Sopo runs on volunteer power, and we always need more. Volunteer orientation is held on the fourth Monday of the month at 7pm. It's free & we provide the pizza.

We work with partners to provide design, purchasing & installation.
Our rules are simple; treat all with respect, kindness & be nice + chill.
Ways to support: visit, volunteer, donate bikes/parts or help financialy.
Adult bicycles: Yes. We accept working, fixable & parts bikes
Kids bikes: No. Please contact Free Bikes 4 Kids
Damaged bikes: Maybe. Too rusted, unfixable or parts reused, recycle at CHARM
Parts & cash: Yes. Please drop off during shop hours or donate online
Clothes & Accessories: Yes. In good condition, drop off during shop hours
